# Release 5.47.1

## Known issues

Enterprise Service Gateway upgrades to version 5.47 can fail because of conflicting packages. Before retrying the upgrade, follow the [Gateway upgrade workaround](/docs/troubleshooting/known-issues.md#gateway-upgrade-fails-because-of-conflicting-packages-43214).

After upgrading an Enterprise Service Gateway to version 5.47, scheduled Active Directory synchronization can fail with LDAP error 50 (`insufficientAccessRights`). Delta sync is now the default for scheduled synchronization and requires additional Active Directory replication permissions. Grant the required permissions to the Directory Sync Agent service account as described in [Delta synchronization](/docs/directories-and-provisioning/manage-directories/manage-directory-synchronization.md#delta-synchronization). ## Fixed or changed in this release

- Restored the access token `typ` header from `at+JWT` to `JWT` for tokens without authentication claims. The change to `at+JWT` in release 5.47 broke compatibility with clients that expected `JWT`. Tokens with authentication claims remain `at+JWT`. (43506)
- Fixed push authentication failures when location details are unavailable for users whose phone is located in Vietnam and China. (43510)
