# Export a domain controller certificate

After you create a domain controller certificate, you need to export it and then upload it to your domain controller.

1. Click Menu icon **>** **Resources > Domain Controller Authorities**. The **Domain Controller Authorities List** page appears.
2. Click Cloud Download icon next to the domain controller certificate to export the certificate trust chain. The **Export PKIaaS CA Certificate** dialog box appears.
3. Do one of the following:
   - Click **Certificate** to export the issuing CA.
   - Click **Root CA Certificate** to export the root CA.
   - Click **Certificate Chain** to export both the issuing CA certificate and the root CA.
4. Click **Export**.
