Create unassigned grid cards

The maximum number of grid cards that you can create at one time is your user entitlement quantity multiplied by 3 or 100,000, whichever is lower. If you do not have any user entitlements or your entitlements have expired, you cannot generate any grid cards.

Use this procedure to create unassigned grid cards.

Before you generate cards, decide whether these cards should be available to all eligible administrators or restricted to specific groups. Group assignment at generation time can help control who can view and assign those cards later.

Before you start, confirm the following:

  • Your account has active user entitlements.
  • You know how many cards you need to generate in this batch.
  • You know whether group restrictions are required for administrator access.

  2. The number of generated cards matches the requested amount.
  3. If you applied group restrictions, the expected groups are shown for the generated cards.
