# Manage assigned grid cards

You can manage grid cards for an individual user or multiple users simultaneously. Assigned grid cards can be:

- Viewed
- Exported to a PDF
- Emailed to the user
- Unassigned
- Disabled
- Deleted

Use the individual user procedure when you need to work on one user's card. Use the bulk procedure when you need to apply the same action to multiple assigned grid cards.

## Manage grid cards assigned to an individual user

1. Click Menu icon **>** **Members > Users**. The **Users List** page appears.
2. Click the **UserID**. The **User Details** page appears.
3. Click the **Authenticators** tab. The **Authenticators** page appears.
4. Click Ellipsis Vertical icon next to the grid card. The **Grid Card** drop-down menu appears.
5. Do the following, as required:
   - Click Square icon **Disable** to make the grid card inactive.
   - Click Play icon **Enable** to enable the grid card and then click **Confirm** to make the grid card active.
   - Click Circle X icon **Cancel** to cancel the grid card and then click **Confirm** on the prompt. A canceled grid card still counts toward a user's total number of grid cards.
   - Click Arrow Down To Line icon **Export eGrid** to print the grid card in PDF format.
   - Click Mail icon **Email** to email the grid card to the user. The **Email Grid Card** dialog box appears.
     - If the user has multiple user attributes, select the email address that receives the grid card.
     - Click **Confirm** on the prompt.
       > If encryption is enabled, the user first receives an email with the password followed by an email with the grid card. There may be a delay for the user to receive the encrypted grid card.

   - Click Eye icon **Details** to view the grid card details, and then click **OK** to close the dialog box.
   - Click User Round X icon **Unassign** to unassign a grid card and then click **Unassign** on the confirmation prompt.
   - Click Trash icon **Delete** to delete a grid card and then click **Delete** on the confirmation prompt.

## Manage multiple assigned grid cards

1. Click Menu icon **>** **Resources > Grid Cards**. The **Grid Cards List** page appears.

2. In the **Serial Number** column, select the assigned grid cards you want to manage. A menu of action icons appears at the top of the Grids table.

After you complete an action, verify the following:

1. The selected grid card rows show the expected state.
2. If you used **Email**, users receive the grid card at the expected email attribute.
3. If you used **Unassign** or **Delete**, the card no longer appears in the user's assigned grid card list.
