Delete KBA question and answer pairs
This procedure explains how to delete one or more question-and-answer (Q&A) pairs from a knowledge-based authenticator (KBA). Before you begin, note the following:
- In the User Portal, only the user can modify their KBA answers.
- Every user must keep a minimum number of Q&A pairs. A user cannot delete a Q&A pair if doing so would reduce the total below the required minimum.
- The minimum number of Q&A pairs is based on the configured KBA challenge settings. For more information, see Modify knowledge-based authenticator settings.
