Delete KBA question and answer pairs
This procedure describes how to delete one or more question-and-answer (Q&A) pairs from your knowledge-based authenticators (KBAs). Note the following:
- If you are logged into the User Portal, you can modify only your own KBA answers.
- Every user has a minimum required number of Q&A pairs. You cannot delete a Q&A pair if it takes you below the minimum number required.
- The minimum number of Q&A pairs is defined by the Maximum Q&A Challenge Size setting. See Managing knowledge-based authentication for more information.
