Delete KBA question and answer pairs

This procedure explains how to delete one or more question-and-answer (Q&A) pairs from a knowledge-based authenticator (KBA). Before you begin, note the following:

  • In the User Portal, you can modify only your own KBA answers.
  • Every user must keep a minimum number of Q&A pairs. You cannot delete a Q&A pair if doing so would reduce the total below the required minimum.
  • The minimum number of Q&A pairs is defined by the Maximum Q&A Challenge Size setting. For more information, see Modify knowledge-based authenticator settings.
