Edit a token label

This option enables you to edit a soft token label. This is useful is you have multiple soft tokens or want to replace a serial number with an easy to remember label. For example, a user might be assigned a soft token to use on their phone and another soft token for their tablet. The labels My Phone and My Tablet are easier to identify than a serial number.

  1. Click > Members > Users. The Users List page appears.
  2. Click the User ID name of the user you want to unlock. The User Details page.
  3. Click the Authenticators tab. The Authenticators page appears.
  4. Click to the right of the soft token authenticator that you want to unlock. A drop-down list appears.
  5. Click Edit. An Edit Label dialog box appears.
  6. Enter a label for the token and then click Save.
