Manage soft tokens

Use this procedure to enable, disable, view, or delete Entrust Soft Token and Google authenticators. You can also review details such as creation date, last used date, state, type, and push support.

Manage soft token authenticators

  1. Click > Members > Users. The Users List page appears.
  2. Click the user ID. The User Details page appears.
  3. Click the Authenticators tab. The Authenticators page appears.
  4. Click to the right of the soft token authenticator that you want to manage. A drop-down list appears.
  5. Do one of the following:
  • Click Enable to enable the soft token, then click Confirm.
  • Click Disable to disable the soft token, then click Confirm.
  • Click View to review soft token details such as last used date and state, then click OK to close the dialog.
  • Click Delete to delete the soft token, then click Delete on the confirmation prompt.

Validate your changes

After you complete one of these actions, validate the result.

  1. Enable or disable: Confirm the authenticator state updates correctly.
  2. View: Confirm the details shown match the expected user and token state.
  3. Delete: Confirm the authenticator no longer appears in the user's authenticator list.
