Manage Device Verification

The Device Agent is a software component for Windows and Mac systems that focuses on secure access and authentication. It has two main features:

  • Smart Login: This feature uses smart identity technology, acting as an OS SmartCard Reader driver to facilitate secure log in with smart credentials.
  • Enhanced Device Authentication: This is implemented as an Operating System (OS) service that uses device certificates for stronger authentication.

Overall, the Device Agent enhances secure access by managing smart credentials and device authentication, improving the user experience across both platforms.
