# Windows: Capture Device Agent Logs

The following logs can help you troubleshoot the Device Agent.

## Device Agent Smart Identity Bluetooth Reader logs

By default, the Smart Identity Bluetooth Reader log file is: `C:\Windows\Temp\EntrustSmartIdentityBluetoothReader.xml`

## Device Agent Service logs

The Device Agent Service log files are located in : `C:\Users\<CURRENT_USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Entrust Device Agent Service`

The main log files are named:

- device-agent-service.log
- service.out.log

## Device Agent Application logs

The Device Agent Application log file is : `C:\Users\<CURRENT_USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp\EntrustDeviceAgentApplication.xml`
