Windows: Capture Device Agent Logs

The following logs can help you troubleshoot the Device Agent.

Device Agent Smart Identity Bluetooth Reader logs​

By default, the Smart Identity Bluetooth Reader log file is: C:\Windows\Temp\EntrustSmartIdentityBluetoothReader.xml

Device Agent Service logs​

The Device Agent Service log files are located in : C:\Users\<CURRENT_USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Entrust Device Agent Service

The main log files are named:

  • device-agent-service.log
  • service.out.log

Device Agent Application logs​

The Device Agent Application log file is : C:\Users\<CURRENT_USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp\EntrustDeviceAgentApplication.xml
