Device Verification checklist

Use this checklist to assist with setting up client authentication with Identity as a Service.

3	Admin: Configure a Certificate Authority	See Manage Certificate Authorities. If you are using a Microsoft Certificate Authority, you must Create and configure a gateway and add a directory. If you are using an Entrust Managed PKI CA, creating a Gateway and adding a directory is optional.
4	Admin: Generate and install the computer certificate	After configuring the CA, the administrator must generate and install a certificate on the computer that requires access. The administrator must generate a certificate for each computer to be supported. Depending on the Operating System, follow the corresponding specifications: Windows: Configure certificates and CAs MacOS: Configure certificates and CAs
5	Admin: Configure a resource rule to support Device Verification.	See Create and manage resource rules.
6	Test login to Identity as a Service through the supported browsers.	The user should be able to login to Identity as a Service using Device Verification. See the System Requirements for a list of supported browsers.
