Manage configured directories
This section reviews tasks that you can complete after you configure a directory.
Manage SSL certificates
If a directory has SSL configured, you on the Directories List page you can:
- View the status of the certificate.
- View the certificate details.
- Copy the certificate.
- Download the certificate.
View, copy, or download SSL certificate
- Click > Resources > Directories. The Directories List page appears.
- Click next to the Directory.
- Select View SSL certificate from the drop-down list. The SSL Certificates dialog box appears.
- Click next to the SSL certificate to display the certificate details.
- Optionally, do the following:
- Click to copy the certificate.
- Click to download the certificate.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.
Edit a directory
- Click > Resources > Directories. The Directories page appears.
- Click next directory you want to edit. The Edit Directory page appears.
- Use the instructions in one of the following procedures to edit the directory as required:

You do need to re-authorize to edit an Microsoft Entra ID. This is required only if you make changes to the Microsoft Entra ID directory.
Delete a directory
- Click > Resources > Directories. The Directories page appears.
- Click to the right of the directory.
- Click Delete to delete for the directory
- Click Delete on the Delete Directory prompt.

To remove groups from Identity as a Service that were imported by an Active Directory, delete the directory from Identity as a Service and then delete the groups (see Create and manage groups).
Test a directory
This feature is only available for Active Directory and Generic LDAP directories. The test verifies the following:
- Directory connection
- Attribute mappings
- Group object class
- Group filters
- Click > Resources > Directories. The Directories page appears.
- Click for the directory you want to test.
- Click Test. A dialog box appears showing the Test Directory Configurations results.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.
