Dashboard

By default, if you are Super Administrator or Auditor, you see the Dashboard after you log in to your Identity as a Service account. The Dashboard allows you to monitor account activity. See Getting started for a description of IDaaS system administrator roles.

Features of the Dashboard page

To access the Dashboard page, select Dashboard from the Identity as a Service main menu. At the top of the Dashboard page there are five quick access buttons:

Dashboard Click to go to the Users List page.

Directories Click to go to the Directories List page.

Applications Click to go to the Applications List page.

Gateways Click to go to the Gateways List page.

EntitlementsClick to view the Entitlements contract details and entitlement expiration dates. Entitlements are revoked once they expire and accounts are locked.
  • The System Alerts section provides details of system issues, such as if a custom email server is unreachable. This section appears only if there is a system issue.

  • The Get Started section provides a Get Started Wizard to help you set up your Identity as a Service account.

  • The Authenticators section lists the authenticators used in your account.

    • Click an authenticator to open the Users List page and see which users use that authenticator to sign in.
  • The Authentications section shows the following:

    • Number of Authentications per Application integrated with Identity as a Service
    • Number of Authentications per Authenticator

Select either tab to open the Audit list.

    tip

Select a value from the Date Range drop-down list to sort Authentications by date.

  • The Audit Log section lists the audit event logs. You can view and export Authentication and Management audit logs. See View and export audit logs.
