Require user verification

User verification requires a user to provide an administrator with a response from an OTP, grid card, token, or token push authentication. This feature allows administrators to verify the user based on their response to the authentication request.

For example, a user might call the help desk to reset their password. The help desk administrator can send a verify user OTP authenticator. The user provides the OTP to the administrator. The administrator enters the OTP to verify the user. If the OTP fails, the user is not verified.

To require user verification:

  1. Click > Members > Users. The Users List page appears.
  2. Click next to the user. The Verify User dialog box appears.
