# Manage bulk operations

You can perform the following actions for bulk operations:

- Cancel a bulk operation with an **Awaiting Data** or **Processing** state.
- Delete a bulk operation with a **Completed**, **Failed**, or **Cancelled** state.
- Download a log file for **Failed** bulk operations.

You must have a role with **Remove** permissions to cancel an operation that is in the **Awaiting data** state.

## Manage bulk operations

1. Click Menu icon **>** **Bulk Operations**. The **Bulk Operations** page appears.
2. Click the checkbox next to the bulk operation, and perform the required task.
3. To view the details of the bulk operation, click Play icon.
4. To cancel a bulk operation:
   1. Select the checkbox next to the bulk operation.
   2. Click Circle X icon to the right of the operation you want to cancel.
   3. Confirm the prompt. The bulk operation shows a **Cancelled** state.
5. To delete a bulk operation:
   1. Check the box next to the bulk operation you want to delete.
   2. Click Trash icon to delete the operation.
   3. Click **Delete** on the confirmation prompt.
   4. To delete all bulk operations simultaneously, click the checkbox next to state at the top of the table.
   5. Click Trash icon.
6. To download a bulk operation log file for a failed bulk operation:
   1. Click Cloud Download icon next to the failed bulk operation to download a log file.
   2. The log report appears with a description of the error causing the failed operation.
