Manage bulk operations

You can perform the following actions for bulk operations:

• Cancel a bulk operation with an Awaiting Data or Processing state.
• Delete a bulk operation with a Completed, Failed, or Cancelled state.
• Download a log file for Failed bulk operations.

You must have a role with Remove permissions to cancel an operation that is in the Awaiting data state.

Manage bulk operations

1. Click > Bulk Operations. The Bulk Operations page appears.
2. Click the checkbox next to the bulk operation, and perform the required task.
3. To view the details of the bulk operation, click .
4. To cancel a bulk operation:
   1. Select the checkbox next to the bulk operation.
   2. Click to the right of the operation you want to cancel.
   3. Confirm the prompt. The bulk operation shows a Cancelled state.
5. To delete a bulk operation:
   1. Check the box next to the bulk operation you want to delete.
   2. Click to delete the operation.
   3. Click Delete on the confirmation prompt.
   4. To delete all bulk operations simultaneously, click the checkbox next to state at the top of the table.
   5. Click .
6. To download a bulk operation log file for a failed bulk operation:
   1. Click next to the failed bulk operation to download a log file.
   2. The log report appears with a description of the error causing the failed operation.
