# Reports and audits

Use reports to create, view, filter, and export information about users,
groups, tokens, grid cards, and audit events. Reports are available from the **Reports** page and can be retained there for a limited period.

Use audit logs to review authentication and management events, investigate
specific activities, and export audit records. Audit archives provide access
to older audit events for download. For large-scale user or data changes, see [bulk operations](/docs/perform-bulk-operations.md).
