Manage reports

You can create reports and export data from the following tables:

You can export a maximum of 100,000 records.

Working with archives and reports

View archives and reports

  1. Click > Reports. The Reports page appears.
  2. Click the Reports or Archives radio button to set the type of reports you want to view.
  3. Set the number of reports on a page:
    1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
    2. From the Rows per page drop-down list, select the number of rows to display on the page.
    3. To move to a new page, on the right-hand side of the page, do the following, as required:
      • Click > to go to the next page.
      • Click < to go to the previous page.
      • Click |< to go to the first page.
      • Click >| to go to the last page.

Filter archives and reports

  1. Click > Reports. The Reports page appears.
  2. Click the Reports or Archives radio button to set the type of reports you want to filter.
  3. Click to enable filtering.
  4. The Filters dialog box appears.
  5. Select your filter options and click Apply.
  6. You are returned to the Reports page. The page displays your filter results.
  7. To clear the filter, click again.
  8. On the Filters dialog box, click Reset.

Delete reports

  1. Click > Reports. The Reports page appears.

  2. Click the Reports radio button.

  3. To delete an individual report, click to delete the desired report.

  4. To delete multiple reports, click the check boxes next to the reports you want to delete.

    If you want to delete all the reports, click the check box next to State to select all the reports.

  5. Click Delete on the Delete Report confirmation prompt.

Export archives and reports

  1. Click > Reports. The Reports page appears.
  2. Click the Reports or Archives radio button.
  3. Click next to the report to export the report or archive to a CSV file.
  4. Click Export.
  5. If the export is taking too long and you want to cancel the export, click and then click Cancel on the Cancel Report prompt.
  6. If you do want to cancel the report, click Submit to cancel the prompt.
  7. If required, click Cancel to cancel the export.

Export a tokens report

You can export to a report a list of assigned or unassigned hardware tokens.

  1. Click > Resources > Tokens. The Tokens page appears.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Click Assigned to export a list of assigned tokens.
    • Click Unassigned to export a list of unassigned tokens.
  3. The Export Token dialog box appears.

  4. Enter a Name and a Description for the report.

  5. Select the File Delimiter.

  6. Select the Attributes to export to the report.

  7. Click Export. The report appears on the Reports page.
