Modify Tenant accounts and entitlements

Account entitlements determine the number of users allowed on a Service Provider account. To complete this procedure, you must have a role that allows you to modify entitlements. See Managing Service Provider roles for more information.

To modify Tenant account entitlements:

  1. Click > Service Provider > Tenants. The Tenants List page appears.

  2. Click next to the account you want to modify. The Entitlement dialog box appears.

  3. Modify the following, as required:

    • Contract Information
    • Account Status
    • User Entitlement Details
    • Bundle Type
    • SMS/Voice Credits
    note

    The end date cannot be later than the Service Provider account contract end date.

  4. Click Save to confirm the changes. You are returned to the Tenants List page.
