# Reset mail server

The **Reset Mail Server** feature enables you to change a Tenant account mail server to use the IDaaS default mail server. This feature is useful if the Tenant configured a custom mail server used to deliver email OTPs and the mail server is misconfigured preventing users from authenticating to their IDaaS account.

1. Click Menu icon **>** **Service Provider > Tenants. The** **Tenants List** **page appears.**
2. Click Ellipsis Vertical icon next to the account you want to reset.
3. Select Rotate CCW icon **Reset Mail Server** from the drop-down list. The **Reset mail Server** dialog box appears.
4. Enter the **Company Name** of the account who you want to reset.
5. Click **Reset**. The account now uses the IDaaS default mail server.
