Reset mail server
The Reset Mail Server feature enables you to change a Tenant account mail server to use the IDaaS default mail server. This feature is useful if the Tenant configured a custom mail server used to deliver email OTPs and the mail server is misconfigured preventing users from authenticating to their IDaaS account.
- Click > Service Provider > Tenants. The Tenants List page appears.
- Click next to the account you want to reset.
- Select Reset Mail Server from the drop-down list. The Reset mail Server dialog box appears.
- Enter the Company Name of the account who you want to reset.
- Click Reset. The account now uses the IDaaS default mail server.
