# Unlock account administrators

Administrators can be locked out of their account for too many failed authentication attempts or account inactivity. The Service Provider portal can be used to unlock all locked administrators of a given account.

1. Click Menu icon **>** **Service Provider** > **Tenants**. The **Tenants List** page appears.
2. Click Ellipsis Vertical icon next to the account you want to unlock.
3. Select Lock Keyhole Open icon **Unlock Administrator Account** from the drop-down list. The **Unlock Administrators** dialog box appears.
4. Click **OK**.
