# Configure Device policies

Configure whether users can view and manage registered devices in the User Portal, including device-specific permissions.

## Configure the Devices users can see and manage in the User Portal

1. Click Menu icon **>** **Policies > User Portal**. The **User Portal** **page** appears.
2. Click **Devices**. The **Devices** page appears.
3. Select **Allow users to view their Devices** to allow users to access the **Devices** tab and manage their Devices.
4. Select the user permissions for **IDaaS Desktops**. For more information, see [Integrate IDaaS Desktop](/docs/applications-and-sso/identity-as-a-service-integration-guides/integrate-idaas-desktop.md).
5. Select the user permissions for **ActiveSync Devices**.
6. Click **Save**.
