Configure Device policies

The device policies set the whether users can see and manage their devices.

Configure the Devices users can see and manage in the User Portal

1. Click > Policies > User Portal. The User Portal page appears.
2. Click Devices. The Devices page appears.
3. Select Allow users to view their Devices to allow users to access the Devices tab and manage their Devices.
4. Select the user permissions for IDaaS Desktops. For more information on IDaaS Desktops, see Integrate IDaaS Desktop in the Identity as a Service Technical Integration Guides.
5. Select the user permissions for ActiveSync Devices.
6. Click Save.
