The table below provides information for problems that those attempting to create or modify Identity as a Service users could encounter. For additional assistance, contact support@entrust.com.

ProblemSolution

Error message received after attempting to create new user: "User ID already exists."

  1. Enter a different User ID for the user you are trying to create.

  2. Review the values you have entered in all of the other required information fields.

  3. Click Save.
  4. The user ID is created.
